FAQ Pertaining to Online Orders

Help us get your order to you!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, Name, Street Address, Apartment# (if applicable), and most importantly ZIP CODE. Especially if your shipping address is different than your billing address, just take a quick double-take to confirm before submitting your order. Our shipping labels are generated & printed directly from the information you provide in those input fields, and we want you to receive your order as promptly as possible.

How do I place an order?

Orders are easily placed on products pages though our online checkout process. We’re more than happy to take your order by phone as well! We’ll virtually shop along with you on our website and answer any questions you have to make sure you have the best experience with us. We’re friendly, funny, and here to help you anytime. Payment & Shipping

Payment methods include all major credit and debit cards, as well as check and cash. We try our best that all orders received by 12:00 pm EST – Monday-Friday, ship same day via. USPS. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. All orders are shipped directly by us from our farm in Vermont. A tracking number will be automatically sent to you at the email address you provided during checkout upon shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us and we’ll gladly get it to you.

When will my order arrive?

Typically your order will arrive in 1-3 days within the continental US, excluding holidays and Sunday. Please understand that once your order is dropped off at our local post office it’s out of our control. Keep an eye on your tracking number, and if you don’t receive it in 5 days please reach out to us so we can help tracking it down.

Rush Orders

If for some reason you need your order shipped overnight or by another courier, please reach out to us and we can do that for you. This will in most cases though, incur shipping charges for your order, but we’ll happily work with you.

Secure Ordering & Shopping

Our entire website, of course this includes our ordering, checkout & account pages, are SSL – SHA-256-bit with RSA Encrypted; to ensure a safe, secure browsing and ordering experience. We don’t share and never will, any of our customers’ information or data with anyone for any reason whatsoever. We actually don’t even have access to your Account Password or Credit Card information, no one does but you! By design, your credit card and security code are never stored on our website.

Discrete Shipping

All of our packages are mailed out discretely in either a plain yellow padded envelope or brown box. The sender name is “Champlain Valley Organics LLC”. Nowhere on your package will it say CBD.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, and APO addresses. Always free shipping!

International Shipping

We currently don’t offer international shipping due to international regulations. However we are exploring the possibility.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day full refund from date of your order receipt/delivery. However, we ask that you provide an explanation of your dissatisfaction so we can address and hopefully correct it. We want to ensure no one else will have the same experience. That’s our commitment to you!
